What we collect, and what we do with it.

Effective September 30, 2026. Applies to voiceclaw.ca and to the Exit-Ready Check plugin for ChatGPT.

This website

voiceclaw.ca is a static site. It has no accounts, no forms, no analytics scripts and no advertising. It sets no cookies of its own. The page fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your browser's request for the font files under Google's privacy policy.

Our web server keeps standard access logs (the address of the requesting network, the page requested, the time, and the browser type) for up to 30 days to keep the site running and to spot abuse. We do not combine them with anything else.

If you book a call, that happens on cal.com under its privacy policy. If you email us, we keep the email as long as we are talking.

The Exit-Ready Check plugin for ChatGPT

Exit-Ready Check runs inside ChatGPT. When you use it, ChatGPT sends our server only the inputs the tool needs: your answers to the twelve buyer questions, and, if you gave them, the kind of business, when you plan to sell, and how many places your records live. The server computes the score, the gaps and the checklist, returns the result to ChatGPT, and keeps nothing. No answers, no conversation, no identifiers.

What you type in ChatGPT itself is handled by OpenAI under OpenAI's privacy policy, not by us.

Customers of the managed service

Businesses that engage VoiceClaw as a managed service have a written agreement that sets out how their records are handled, where they are kept, who can access them, and how they are returned or deleted. That agreement, not this page, governs their data.

Your choices and your rights

Because we keep nothing from the website or the plugin beyond short-lived server logs, there is nothing to export or correct. If you believe we hold something about you, or you have a question about this page, email [email protected] and we will answer within ten business days. We are based in Ontario, Canada, and we follow Canadian privacy law.

Changes

If this page changes, the effective date at the top changes with it. Substantive changes to how the plugin handles data will also be reflected in the plugin's listing.
