Plain terms for the website and the plugin.
Effective September 30, 2026. Applies to voiceclaw.ca and to the Exit-Ready Check plugin for ChatGPT. The managed service has its own written agreement.
What you are using
voiceclaw.ca describes what VoiceClaw Inc. does. The Exit-Ready Check plugin asks an owner the questions a buyer asks in diligence, scores the answers, and lists the records a buyer wants to see. Both are provided by VoiceClaw Inc., Ontario, Canada, free of charge, as information.
What the check is, and is not
- The score is a readiness check based only on what you tell it. It is not a valuation of your business and it does not predict an offer.
- Nothing on the site or in the plugin is legal, tax, accounting or investment advice. A broker, accountant or lawyer decides what your sale requires.
- The buyer questions and the checklist are general to small trades and fleet service businesses. A specific buyer may ask for more, or for different things.
Using it
Use the site and the plugin for your own business or for a business you advise. Do not try to overload, probe or interfere with the servers behind them, and do not present the output as if VoiceClaw had reviewed your business. We may change or withdraw the plugin at any time.
Our responsibility
The site and the plugin are provided as they are. We work to keep them accurate and available, but we make no promise that they will be, and we are not liable for decisions made on the strength of a score or a checklist. Where law does not allow a responsibility to be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the site or the plugin, which is nothing.
Content and marks
The text, questions, checklist and brand on the site and in the plugin belong to VoiceClaw Inc. You may quote them with attribution. Do not republish them as your own product.
Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and of Canada. Questions go to [email protected]. Our privacy page says what we collect, which is very little.
